Extra info you should know

Before any assembly can take place, customer needs to make a pit in order to fit the sump properly. In other case the vault will be laid down next to the vehicle and will have to embedded at customer's expense.

Dimensions of the pit in each direction must exceed the size of the vault by 40 cm on each side to avoid any problematic manipulation.

Therefore a footprint of the pit should have a size of:

8m³: 3,5 x 3,25 m

12m³: 4,7 x 3,25 m

14m³: 4,75 x 3,25 m

The overall height of the sump is 222 cm.

Height = Sump + Top plate + Chimney + Cover plate

Bottom of the pit should be cover by a layer of gravel with overal thickness of 10-15 cm.

An access to the pit must be cleared, because the vehicle needs to get as close as 1 metre near the pit.

Vehicle has to be anchored before it can perform the assembly. For this action to happen a free space is needed. These anchors are located approx. 7,5 m from each other. If a driver will not be allowed to anchor the vehicle, customer will have to assemble and fit the vault at his own expense.

There should not be any power line located near the pit. To perform the assembly, our company uses hydraulic arm which needs to be kept away from any electric supply main (at least 7-10 m).

If there is any subsoil water in the pit, it has to be pumped from the pit into the sump to prevent floating.

The process of assembly requires either polyurethane foam (included in the price), or flex glue (not included, customer needs to prepare it).

The transportation cost of the sump is included in the price, as long as it does not exceed 50 km. Each extra km of transportation will be charged as follows: 1,2€ / km VAT incl. (charging the way back also).

The sump needs to be embedded within an hour, otherwise customer will be charged 12€ VAT incl. for every 15 minutes.
